Residence Hotel Imperatriz

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from shopping and the best dining options in the area. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to assist us with any request. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and ironing facilities. We also loved the private terrace and dining table, which provided a lovely outdoor space to relax. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept immaculately clean by the efficient housekeeping staff. We appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch that made us feel immediately at home.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I stayed in a hotel located close to some shopping centers, which offered a wide range of options to dine and shop. the staff was very helpful, friendly, and made my stay as comfortable as possible. the breakfast had a great variety of foods, and the dinner offered in the restaurant was top-notch.

It was not always easy to communicate with the staff since they did not speak English. I did not feel comfortable walking around the area.

The hotel staff may speak little or no English, so communication may be difficult for non-native speakers. the hotel offers good accommodations, delicious breakfast, and a decent restaurant. there are shopping options, which are just a few minutes away by taxi. the hotel is situated in a dangerous part of town, which makes it unsuitable for walking in the area at night.

The hotel lacks proper security measures to ensure guests' safety, especially those who arrive late at night.
